Refund Policy

Returns, exchanges, cancellations are not accepted, but feel free to reach out if you have any issues with your order.

Price Adjustments

No price adjustments will be placed retroactively on any orders.  Please ensure you have entered the correct discount code prior to checkout.  No codes can be added after checkout.

Lost Packages

We cannot provide refund or replacements for any lost mail shipped untracked.  

Please contact us if your order was shipped tracked and you have not received it after 3 months after your order was shipped out.  

Damaged/Missing/Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.  Unfortunately we cannot refund/replace items that were damaged due to shipment, however if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us (daily.pix8@gmail.com) within 24-48 hours of receiving your item(s).
